Customer Service & Administration
Dana Akin
Executive Assistant – Ms. Akin joined Floratine Products Group in 2005 as executive assistant to the CEO and project manager. She was named Office Manager of Floratine BioSciences in September of 2007, and is now managing the Customer Service Department.
Previously, Ms. Akin worked with Fogelman/Byrnes & Doggett, a construction contractor of high-end homes and multi-family housing. Ms. Akin served in several capacities, including as liaison between the construction and property management divisions, training supervisor of the national field office staff, office manager and special project manager. She also has served as the front office administrator for Dexter Middle School in Shelby County, Tennessee.
She attended both the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and the University of North Alabama.
Cynthia Peck
Customer Service Specialist – Ms. Peck joined Floratine BioSciences in September 2007. She has more than 15 years of experience in customer service, shipping and performing general office duties. In addition to her customer service duties, Ms. Peck works in the regulatory department, submitting product registrations at the state level across the US.
Ms. Peck has a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg, Missouri.
Debbie Prieb
Administrative Support Manager – Ms. Prieb comes to Floratine BioSciences with more than 25 years of office management and executive administrative experience. She also has 11 years of experience in Information Technology. Prior to joining Floratine BioSciences she worked 14 years for Thompson & Company as the Office Manager and Network Administrator.
Ms. Prieb attended the University of Memphis and New Horizons Computer Learning Center.
