Jessica Skinner

Jessica Skinner

Director of Marketing – Ms. Skinner has nearly ten years of strategic marketing experience, seven of which she gained as the owner of an independent marketing consultation practice.  She assisted clients by identifying new sales and marketing opportunities, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and providing campaign ROI analysis.  In addition, she managed client and sales databases and lead sources.  Prior to joining FBS, Ms. Skinner worked in the marketing department of Supportive Oncology Services, where she helped plan, develop, implement and measure a new marketing plan in support of the company’s overall business strategy.  She also created and managed the implementation of a new company-wide CRM system.

Ms. Skinner received a B.B.A. with a focus in  Marketing Management and M.B.A. from the University of Memphis.

Amy Thomas

Amy Thomas

Director of Public Relations – Ms. Thomas has more than 11 years of experience in public relations, with a focus in writing, media relations and integrated marketing.  Prior to joining FBS, she was an Account Supervisor for Thompson & Berry Public Relations, a Memphis-based PR firm.  Her clients have included the Memphis Bioworks Foundation, the Council for the Regional Strategy for Biobased Products in the Mississippi Delta, INNOVA Entrepreneurial Institute, the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, First Tennessee Bank, and Kraft Food Ingredients.

Ms. Thomas received a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Memphis with a concentration in Public Relations.  She serves as a Director at Large for the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Memphis Chapter. In 2006, Ms. Thomas was awarded the Silver Quill Award for Professional of the Year from the Memphis PRSA chapter.

Tyler Loudenslager

Tyler Loudenslager

Information Technology Manager – Mr. Loudenslager has more than eight years of experience in information technology, with a strong knowledge of cutting-edge technology that will help position FBS at the forefront of the agricultural market. He was hired as Systems Administrator for Floratine Products Group in May 2007 and shortly thereafter joined FBS as the company’s IT Manager.  Prior to that, Mr. Loudenslager served as Systems Administrator for AIMS Logistics.

Mr. Loudenslager graduated with honors with a B.S. from the University of Memphis in Computer Science. Currently, he is working to receive his MCSE Certification and to complete his Masters.
