David Zaleski
CFO & COO
Mr. Zaleski comes to FBSciences with more than 25 years of broad-based financial experience in a variety of manufacturing industries, including 17 years in the medical device business. His financial experience includes working for a number of large publicly-traded companies and private companies, including Schering-Plough in Memphis, Wright Medical, Inc., and WM Barr, Inc. He also co-founded a venture-backed trauma company and served as its CFO. Most recently, Mr. Zaleski served as CFO and VP of Human Resources of Luminetx, a start-up medical technology company.
Mr. Zaleski has a B.A. in Economics and Business from Hendrix College and holds an M.B.A in finance from the University of Memphis.
Kellie Moscon
Controller
Ms. Moscon draws upon 13 years of public accounting experience that includes supervising a staff in the preparation of financial statements, reviewing all financial statements prior to signature by a CPA, working closely with a CPA during audits, and coordinating work to ensure all due dates were met. She has prepared financial statements for self-employed individuals as well as multi-million dollar corporations. Ms. Moscon previously worked as an accountant for Farm Equipment & Machinery Accessories; Brower, Holloman & Associates, CPA; and Holloman & Co., CPA.
Ms. Moscon attended the University of Memphis, earning a BA in Accounting.
